Students at the University of North Texas took home gold at the Safer Sex Olympics on Thursday! Rallying with several other campus and community organizations, Health Services of North Texas’s very own Chioma Amadi and Marisol Juarez helped educate students on safe sex practices and sexual health.
Each organization had their own game or activity that students had to complete, with HSNT having students answer True or False questions. For each correct answer, students received four tickets towards a prize pool and a signature on their meal voucher, which they could turn in to receive a free sandwich wrap. HSNT provided students with a fun and engaging way to teach students what it means to be healthy and safe when it comes to sex, and on any day, especially Valentine’s Day, that’s always important to know.
