The HSNT Medical Center's purpose is to provide you with the best healthcare possible. We specialize in caring for the entire family, from newborns to the elderly.

Monday - Thursday
8:00am - 6:00pm
Fridays
8:00am - 5:00pm
The Medical Center is available to children and adults. The focus is to establish a medical home for patients so they receive comprehensive health care. The medical team includes physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, certified medical assistants, and other professionals to provide quality, affordable health care regardless of ability to pay. The medical center has a long history of providing expert specialty care for chronic illnesses.
