What do I do if I am HIV+ and in need of services?
Contact HSNT at 1-800-974-2437 to set up an appointment with a Comprehensive Case Manager.
What are the requirements to receive HIV/AIDS services from HSNT?
In order to receive HIV/AIDS services, a client must be HIV+ and be living at or below 300% of the federal poverty line (excluding case management, which has no income requirements).
What are the agency's hours of operation?
HSNT is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
What are the food pantry hours of operation?
HSNT food pantry hours vary by office location:
Denton - Monday 11am to 4pm, Wednesday 11am to 4pm, and Thursday 11am to 4pm (closed 12:30pm - 1:30pm for lunch).
Plano - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10am to 4pm (closed 12pm to 1pm for lunch).
Greenville - Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm, by appointment only. Please contact a Greenville staff person to set an appointment.
When and where does HSNT provide HIV testing?
Plano HIV screening is every Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 3pm.
Denton HIV screening is every Thursday from 10am to 3pm.
What is the difference between anonymous and confidential testing?
HSNT offers both anonymous and confidential HIV screening. In cases of anonymous testing, the person's name is not given or reported for any reason. In the case of a positive result in confidential testing, the person's name must, by law, be sent to the Texas State Health Department for reporting.
